  • 24 ea* Louisiana Blue Crab, whole, cooked and cut into 4 sections
  • 3/4 cup Sesame oil
  • 6 Tbsp Black pepper, coursely ground
  • 2 Tbsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely diced
  • 1 1/2 cups Garlic, chopped
  • 3 cups Sweet chili sauce
  • 6 cups Clam juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Flat leaf parsley, chopped


  1. Heat large sauté pan or wok; add sesame oil, black pepper, cayenne pepper, jalapeño. Cook 30 seconds.
  2. Add the garlic and sweet chili sauce and mix. Add Louisiana Blue Crab; toss to coat. Add the clam juice. Bring to a boil, tossing each crab for 2–4 minutes to coat and heat through.
  3. Mound onto serving plates or bowls. Garnish with parsley.
